Hey guys! Welcome back to my blog! (If you’re reading this anytime after the 17th of January, simply skip all the birthday stuff and scroll down to the next heading).

It’s two days till my birthday and the only thing I’m still excited about is getting to eat cake! It’s gonna be red velvet, incase you’re wondering🥰.

So, I made a list of questions about myself for you all to try and answer. Whoever gets it all right on one try, gets to pick any topic for me to write a post on–literally anything. I promise to keep my word.

The answers will be revealed on my birthday and I’ll announce the winner right here🥳.

How To Fall In Love…

Now before we get down to business, let’s read a few words from our wise Phoebe Buffay:

Love is a beautiful thing. Falling in love…should be like a giant pigeon crapping your heart and never letting go. No matter how painful or tough life can get, love should remain intact. It’s during the worse times–when the giant pigeon comes crapping, that love is truly displayed.

Falling in love… can be hard sometimes. There’s flaws you have to accept, sacrifices you have to make and then peer pressure, which you have to overcome.

Falling in love…is something you must do before you can love anyone else really. How can you love others when you’re not in love…

Now, let’s learn some tips on falling in love…

 

• Read my first post on falling in love…, if you haven’t. It’ll really help you out.
• Next, know him/her. You can’t fall in love… if you don’t know him/her. When you truly know who him/her is sincerely, no one can make you believe otherwise about that person.
• Learn to say no when you need to! Boundaries are indispensable when it comes to falling in love…because they let others know that him/her deserves and expects respect.
• Avoid comparison. Don’t compare him/her to anyone else. Him/her has values just like everyone else, so accepting him/her means there’s no need for comparisons.
• Be honest with him/her. Clearly you can’t love him/her if you’re lying, minimizing, or making excuses. Falling in love… truly, means taking responsibility and accountability for all wrongs or mistakes.
• Let him/her off the hook for mistakes and imperfections. You’re probably hard on him/her than you are on anyone else. Cut him/her some slack and embrace humanness. Mistakes are normal.

 

And lastly, don’t let Peer Pressure affect how you feel about him/her.

While on the topic of peer pressure, I’m gonna answer a few questions from Sabrina, who picked me to participate in the peer pressure tag. I said I will so I don’t want to disappoint her.

THE PEER PRESSURE TAG

Sab: Has your taste in clothing ever been influenced by what others are wearing or what’s trending?

Gigi: I’m not so sure really. I don’t even care about trending things or even fashion honestly. I wear what’s comfortable and looks good on me. This is what happens when you’re in love… You really don’t care about what other people wear or all that kinda stuff. It’s just baggage.

Sab: Okay, next question. Did you ever change the way you act around others because you felt pressured to seem cool?

Gigi: That doesn’t sound like something I’d do at all. Maybe I’ve done it in the past and can’t recall, but as of now, nothing of such comes to mind. Obviously the way I act around close friends might be different from when I’m around people I barely know, but it’s definitely not because I feel pressured. I just don’t get familiar with people that quickly.

Sab: Have you experienced peer pressure? Good or bad?

Gigi: Yes. I feel almost everyone has, but some might be unaware of it. Mostly on the good side I think, lol yeah. 

Sab: Have you ever pressured someone into changing something about themselves?

Gigi: No. I would never do that. Even if you have a trait that I think is bad, like maybe having insecurities, I’ll just talk to you about it and support you if you’d like to change that. But I won’t drag you into something you’re not interested in.

Sab:  Last question then, if you saw bucks arguing about whether a figure in the water was a crocodile or a log, what would you do to help?

Gigi: I’m confused. Who’s Bucks and why am I sticking my head into his problem lol? I’d leave whoever that is to figure it out on his own.
