My First Q/A Session!!

This is it people!

My first Q/A session!!

Welcome🙌🕴️

Okay, so first off I know this would have been better as a video but soon my people, do not worry. I hope you enjoy reading this though😊.

So you all sent questions through my Saharah, E-mail, Instagram page, some on WhatsApp and then the comments.

I’ll just pick randomly, let’s see if yours is the first😉:

Q: What do you do when you have a close friend that discriminates too much and you don’t like it?

A: I don’t think anyone at all would like a person who discriminates based on anything, not just colour. If she/he is actually your close friend, you should try talking to him/her about it. You should tell your friends the truth, even when it hurts. He/she might even thank you in future for it, so tell the person even though it might ruin your friendship; this shows how much you care about him/her. If you’re this friend please it’s not nice to discriminate people at all, imagine if the same was done to you?

Next Up, (drumroll🥁🥁):

Q: What are the things that motivate you to keep pushing?

A: Okay, so I’m sure he/she meant regarding my blog (obviously😂). The first thing is that I know I’m helping, influencing or entertaining someone out there just by doing what I love, so why should I stop? Another thing that motivates me is getting positive reviews from people about my blog. Shoutout to one of my favourite readers, Vera!! Thank you baby girl for always supporting me❤️.

I love what I do and that’s enough to keep me going, and yes there are days I’m not motivated but let’s just keep going for now before I start typing another story😂. Next question:

Q: How are you so consistent?

A: I’m blushing lol, someone said I’m consistent😄. Well, I didn’t have a particular time for posting before, I’d just write when I wanted to as long as I posted often at least. Just recently, if you read my post titled, Schedules! Goals! Aspirations!, I made the decision to start posting twice a week and I’m happy you’ve noticed. Yeahh, I’m consistent now but it’s not easy. Here’s a piece of advice a friend gave me (@amandadukor on Instagram) ⬇️

So even when I’m not motivated, I still have to satisfy my readers. You can’t be consistent without Self-discipline. I think I’ve answered that now, next question please!

Q: Can failure mean that thing is not what you’re meant to do?

A: I say YES. This is why you need to know what you’re meant to do in this life. A man might be a farmer and be a millionaire out of it, while another might stay poor as a farmer. You make life favourable and easier for you when you’re doing what you were made for. Now I know what you’re thinking, how do I know what I’m meant to do? Right? Okay, there are different ways to discover what you’re meant to do, either by your interests, hobbies or talents. But the only definite way to know your purpose is through Him, yes, God. He’s the one who made you and the only one who can tell you what He made you for. Ask Him today. Note that I’m not saying it’s everytime that failure means that particular thing isn’t meant for you. A wise person once told me, “Some failures are a way to test your persistence, insistence and die hard resolve to succeed.” I hope this is clear enough, you’re free to ask more questions on it.

Nailed it💪😂. Next question people:

Q: What motivates you and why do you feel the need to share all of this with us?

A: I’m sure you see this everytime you visit my blog; “I’m here to offer insights to motivate you, using my life as a case study. I give my readers what life has to offer.” We’re in this life together, whatever I learn I share with my readers, who knows whether it can help someone who’s in the same situation. I share all this to help people and also keep them entertained. Lentertained! (stupid joke😅💔)

I hope you’re not bored👀. Stay with me, ‘Cause you’re all I need🎶 Next Question, Mr Questionnaire!

Q: What’s one country that you dream of going to in the future. Would love to know your answer!🛫

A: lol that’d be United Kingdom, yep London!! There are other places but this first please! Let’s go🛬

We’re in UK now people😂💃. Next question Londonerss!

Q: Failure is a step to success, but what are you afraid of failing the most?

A: Haha, I see what you’re doing lol. Okay, so yeah I’m human I can be afraid of failing sometimes but I never let it stop me. Even when I’m scared I’d still do that thing. So right now, what I’m sometimes afraid of failing is my A levels examination(Read Your Mountain post to find out more). But honestly I can’t imagine myself failing. Fear might come sometimes, but I don’t let it stay; I encourage myself.

Those that want to check out Your Mountain we’re waiting please. We need to get back to Nigeria before we miss the plane🗣️. Next Question Pilot!

Q: If fear wasn’t a factor and failure didn’t exist, what would you do?

A: Well, I’d still be doing what I’m doing now. And if new ideas come up, I’d jump at it without thinking, knowing I can’t fail at anything lol.

No fear, no failures huh? Let’s jump down from this plane yeah (those that went to read Your Mountain, the plane left already sorry😬) Jump!!☄️ We’re still alive people!! Next Question Nigeria!

Q: Worst stage of your life?

A: No positive question again? Alright, what came to my mind when I saw this was when I wasn’t sure about my faith. If I was actually saved or not, but now that’s over. I’m a proud Christian people, Thank you Jesus!🗣️

Don’t be bored, we just jumped out of a plane together. Stay with me as we drive back home🚕. Next question Mr Taxi!

Q: What inspired you to start blogging?

A: I actually started this blog just for the fun of it, because I like writing. It took a while before I finally started because I had doubts and all. But a friend encouraged me to do what I love doing. Thank you Star💫 If you see this, keep doing what you do best no matter what💙.

Drive faster Mr Taxi, we’re almost there🚕. Give me the next one!

Q: How can we change our parents mindset about comparing us with other children?

A: My dear, parents, especially Africans, aren’t easy to convince. Start by sending them my blog post on “THE NOXIOUS HABIT OF COMPARISON” (don’t even try to check that now or we’ll leave you). The thing is, I believe they’re encouraging the child to push or try harder so him/her won’t be compared again. This can either help or ruin children. I don’t have a definite advice to give you because I don’t know how your parents are. My parents might take it lightly and understand, while yours might see it another way. But send that parent the post if you’re brave enough!(it’s not me that sent you though 👀)

This next one is related to the one above so calm down, we’re getting closer to our destination.

Q: How do you act when you are being compared to other people, probably your friends or sibling, by your parents or teachers?

A: Read what I wrote above⬆️(you done? okay) Just remember, their reason for doing it might be to make you try harder. Look at it from that angle and try not to take these things to heart. It might lead to envy, so please try your best not to listen to them. God help us all in this world!!

What?! We’re two metres away? Next question quickly man, I’m hungry here!

Q: What is the best piece of advice you’ve received?

A: Why now?? I have plenty lol. But I’d say whichever one comes to mind🤔. Okay a friend sent me this one recently, check it out⬇️

Do that thing now even though you don’t feel like so you won’t regret it later😉.

We’re here guys!! Thanks Taxi! We’ve arrived in my bedroom to watch Spongebob Squarepants!!💃💃 Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoyed this. Till next time people☄️
